Mainland company setup in Dubai — direct access to the local market

A license from the Department of Economy and Tourism lets you sell inside the UAE and work with government entities without restrictions. We handle the trade name, approvals, contract and residency.

When is the mainland the best choice?

If your clients are inside the UAE, you want to take part in government tenders, or you plan to open branches in several locations, the mainland is the widest option. The license is issued by the Department of Economy and Tourism in Dubai, the Department of Economic Development in Abu Dhabi, or the equivalent in the other emirates.

Since full foreign ownership was allowed, most activities are available without a local partner, and some strategic activities may require one. We confirm your activity before you pay any fees.

  • Direct access to the UAE market and government tenders
  • Full foreign ownership for most activities
  • The number of visas scales with the size of the office
  • Offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the rest of the UAE
