Common questions, clear answers.

How long does it take to set up a company in the UAE?

From a few days to a few weeks, depending on the licensing authority and the activity. We give you the realistic timeline for your case in the free consultation.

How much does it cost to set up a company in Dubai?

Indicative starting prices are AED 9,000 for offshore, 12,500 for a free zone and 15,000 for mainland; the final price depends on the activity. We give you a written quote before any commitment.

Can I set up without being in the UAE?

In many cases yes, through a notarised power of attorney. Some residency steps, such as the medical test and biometrics, require you to be present.

What is the difference between mainland and a free zone?

Mainland lets you deal directly with the local market, while a free zone suits international business with full ownership. We recommend the best fit once we understand your activity.

Is foreign ownership 100% in the UAE?

In free zones, yes, 100%. On the mainland, most activities allow full foreign ownership, and a few may require a local partner.

Do I need an office?

On the mainland, usually a lease contract; in free zones, flexible or shared office options; for offshore, you don't need a physical office.

Do you help with residency and a bank account?

Yes. We prepare and follow up your residency files, and prepare your bank account file and accompany you to the interview. The decision to open the account is the bank's.

How do I make sure there are no hidden fees?

We give you a written, itemised quote before any commitment: what you see is what you pay.

What documents are needed to set up?

Usually a valid passport, a photo and an address; this varies by activity and nationality. We send you a tailored list after the consultation.

Do you offer services after setup?

Yes: tax and accounting, PRO services, contract reviews and legal support in disputes.

Why form my company under lawyers' supervision?

Because your contracts and company structure decide the fate of your investment in any dispute, and specialist lawyers build them right from day one.

Is the first consultation free?

Yes, 30 minutes with a formation adviser, no obligation.
